Gig in the church

A visit to the GP this afternoon. He wants me to start back on the same statin to prove whether or not it was responsible for my leg pain, not to mention its other side effects. My heart sinks at the very thought, but I can see his logic and will give it another go. Reluctantly...

A brilliant gig this evening at Todmorden Unitarian Church - Jah Wobble and The Invaders of the Heart. We were on the guest list courtesy of one of the musicians with whom MrM plays. Didn't really know what to expect, but the music was great, and MrM and I both enjoyed it. The bar was amazingly good too, selling proper West Country cider! The venue was lovely (extra shows the roof) apart from the pews, which were horribly uncomfortable.
