Walking the mile?

Well I managed two miles and my new trainers are very bouncy. I'm going to try and walk a couple of times a week. After a hip operation a couple of years ago I've really been nothing short of lazy! If I want my new hip to last I need to look after it and the muscles around it. No big target of walking miles just getting my butt moving is good.
