I didn't take a photo in The Climbing Unit, where they are still in the midst of some major revamp or other, nor did I take a photo at the allotment, so you get a blip of my Emotional Support Chicken, who is growing. In between I treated myself to a sports massage with the lovely Jo Teft, who told me I should name that chicken... but she also told me I should join her running group, which I'll ignore!
