Glorious Twelfth

Michelle and Corrie walking up to the hill fort in Montcreiff Woods near Perth today. Erin and Marley had already disappeared over the top.

While gun nuts and yaa's saw fit to spend the day taking pot shots at awkward fat birds on the nearby moors, we just had a great day enjoying nature. First time in Montcreiff Woods, but not the last. Followed by a return trip to Elcho Castle nearby.

I rounded off the day with a great bike ride with Andy to Rumbling Bridge and over the top to Dollar with some sections in near darkness under the trees. Tilly to Dollar road was closed to cars which made for safe biking with no lights in the gathering gloom..
