Misty start

I was a bit earlier than usual this morning and timed my bike across the top of North Hagley park as the sun appeared through the mist.

Pretty and invigorating large

I had time to stop and blip it and still be early to work.

I truly am Wonder Woman ;-)

Reluctantly I am out tonight. I need to help understand how to update the St Luke's website. Then yoga tomorrow night. Both take some load off me/reduce stress so commitment is good.

I'll take the positive spin on (oh, and my hands feel settled at this point of my day :-)
