Three *s

There are just two coveted three-star Michelin restaurants in Kobe and I live right opposite this one! It has just reopened after a three month renovation project and it looks amazing.

This is the kitchen and preparation area with thoughtfully installed plate glass windows so mere mortals like myself can watch and drool (I draw the line at licking the window!) The dining room is to the left and is now much bigger, allowing twice the covers so hopefully I will get a reservation before the New Year!

Seize the moment. Remember all those women on the 'Titanic' who waved off the dessert cart.
