Working Hard or Hardly Working?

I bet these guys don't get jerk drivers shouting at them to move over because they're in the way (read: cyclist and on the road).

In the past few weeks London has been very quiet, relatively peaceful and friendly. I actually forgot how much I hated it and was enjoying myself.

I've noticed a distinct shift in attitude in London today. Everyone must be back from their holidays now; so angry and mean. So shouty.
