hi guys and dolls

hope this finds you well had a lazy day with been up most of night back gone again :( managed two 30 min walks though. trying to walk it off. got washing to come out of washer but the thought of bending makes me feel sick. I took this in the garden about half an hour ago. we are off in to the countryside late tonight to see if we can see any shooting stars :)
I'm so excited about Scotland won't be too much longer.
