end of an era

Roughly 8 years ago, our eldest left what was the nursery and started with our wonderful childminder. To say that this was fundamentally one of the best choices we ever made would be no exaggeration. So today was her last day in her proper care.

There have been so many wonderful moments with the childminder that she would be the 6th member of club107 without a shadow of a doubt. The amount of confidence and positivity she has passed on to our eldest is difficult to calculate. Obviously we have another two children who will be remaining in her charge, but for our eldest as one door closes, tomorrow a new one will open.
