What's eating my hazel?

Wonderful little weevil found today eating hazel leaves. This is Apoderus coryli, fairly common across Europe and found mainly on hazel bushes. The larvae live in cradles made of rolled up leaves by the female beetles. I love seeing the adults at this time of year. They really seem to mean business with their stocky legs and long articulated head - the JCB of the leaf eaters.
