Respekt: Porta Nigra in Trier

I spent the day in Trier with my friend M. on our annual holiday trip. This year we took the train to Trier - which means that we spent about 5 hours on the train and 7 hours in the city.
There is no escape from the Porta Nigra in Trier - it is printed on just about everything, but always with the town side (south side) view. My photo shows it from the field side (north).
I noticed the "Respekt" sign at home and found it very appropriate.

The Porta Nigra (Latin for black gate) is a large Roman city gate in Trier, Germany. It is today the largest Roman city gate north of the Alps and has been designated a World Heritage Site (Source: Wikipedia).
