The war of the roses

What do you do if you have to cut down two old, dying poplars in the town's most popular park? Well, in Umeå they engaged a chainsaw sculptor and this was the result. Some art critics were very upset when someone claimed this to be art. And the war was on.

Most people just thought it was great, and didn't care if it was art or not.
