La Pasta at Eataly

There is this little heaven on Earth in the heart of Manhattan where you could get all your culinary dreams become reality.
Eataly is a retail love letter to food, mostly Italian of course, a paradise for foodies in search of an authentic gastronomic experience. Rows of pasta of all shapes, a bakery, a pizza oven, an espresso bar, a gelato stall serving flavors you only find in Italy, fish so fresh you'd think it's blinking at you, enough wine, chocolate and coffee to keep you high on cloud nine.
The only thing missing was a hotel upstairs because I'd want to spend more time there.
