Delicious Camembert

Ch is heading back to Singapore on Thursday, and offered to prepare a special dinner this evening.

This is the starter, camembert cheese with almonds and soft brown sugar, before it was warmed in the oven. Poussin with apricots and shallots for main, and home-made chocolate ice-cream with raspberries for pudding.

Delicious tastes in every course. I've picked up some cooking hints over the last few weeks, which will be re-appearing in the weekly menus.
