Diana Gabaldon

The main reason for my trip to edinburgh was to see this lady the author of 'the outlander series' of books who was appearing at The Gathering. And i very nearly missed out on seeing her as stupid muppet that i am didn't realize i had to book my place in her talk! thankfully all those that did book didn't turn up so got in at the very last moment...phew.
And well worth the drive up from little old lincolnshire it was too, a very funny and charming lady she is too, i can not wait for the next two books to come out :-)
