Out of place . . .

Down at the waterfront today, saw this canoe looking " like a boat out of water" i.e., definitely where it shouldn't be !
Barge traffic interisland carries filled/empty containers, large tanks of gas, cars, trucks, boats, and lots of other stuffs. That canoe with its outrigger athwartships sitting in its cradle atop a rollaway sling, looks destined for an interisland barge crossing, BUT not ready to go like that.
