Towering Spires

I passed St Mary's Cathedral on Palmerston Place in Edinburgh today. I've always thought it was an immense structure, certainly one of the architecturally nicer buildings in the city. It reminds me in a small way of the Munster in Cologne, which I visited some years ago - an awesome structure.
