Waiting

She sits very quietly in front of the lavender bush, watching the butterflies, waiting patiently before she pounces and eats one. Then she goes back to sitting quietly in front of the lavendar bush, watching and waiting patiently before she pounces and eats one.....and so on, until she is stuffed full of butterlies and can eat no more.

I watched her for ages as thought it would make a good blip (I'm sorry if that offends anyone, I love all creatures, especially butterflies. We have tried to stop her and we feed her well but she insists! Must be a cat delicacy? Or a primal instinct?) She didn't catch one whilst I watched but it was funny to watch her observing all of the insects. She eyed up a few bees but thought better of that.
