Today I am dedicating my picture to all survivors of cancer and to one person in particular who was truly inspirational in the way in which she dealt with breast cancer and a mastectomy with not a word of a complaint.

I have been reading information on the Cancer Research website and learned that survival rates have doubled since the 1970's

Tell your doctor about any unusual or persistent changes (especially if you are over 50)

Register with a doctor so that you receive any screening available to you
