In York this evening to meet one of my favourite people for food.

The pub was mercifully free of tourists and they served excellent fish & chips.

These students in the adjacent snug were amusing. One of the best bits was:

"Oh yes, Belfast's divided isn't it. The Catholics and.....er.....who are the others?"

"Protestants, I think."
