Another one in the occasional series of "super heroes on the street".
I caught a piece on TV the other day , that said:-the UK has around one percent of the World population, but has 25% of the Worlds CCTV. They threw up the argument ' about the number of crimes it has solved'.
I always thought it was meant to be a deterrent. Just as well Spiderman is still around.
