The Orange Moment

I didn't start out today looking for the Orange Moment, but while in transit to the trailhead, we looked up and there it was.

Whenever the Orange Moment occurs (and it doesn't occur every day), it only lasts for maybe a minute or so. I don't really understand the whys and wherefores, but I know that when it happens, the technicolor of an early morning is indescribable.
