Tom Yum soup

Annie and I have just been out for my belated birthday present which was an Oriental cookery course (her lovely idea). We were really looking forward to it and it would have been really wonderful but they sent me the wrong time on my email which meant we turned up an hour late when everyone had settled in....it sort of spoilt the evening I think. :-(

I tried to lighten up because I wasn't sure if it could have been my mistake until I got home where I confirmed that it was actually theirs.
What a pity.... It should have been lovely!
