Embracing the last light of day

Today was one of those late afternoon/evenings in which the light was so magnificent even some rusty nails I photographed looked good! Now, as I post this blip, the sky in the vesper light is beautiful, and I am fortunate enough to see the silhouette of the great blue heron (see earlier blip) roosting for the night on the dilapidated screened swimming pool enclosure next door.
