Goodby Old Friend

The dear old car started faithfully after years of setting idle.

Every so often I would drive it to the street and turn it around to prevent water accumulation.

But this day, it would barely start. And to shift into any gear was to stop the engine. By revving it up and shifting in, it would give a big clunk and sputteringly keep running, but move, it would not!

But it was no match for the tow truck lady, who's job was to get even the most reticent of subjects onto her truck!

While the photo splicing shows this lady only twice in the same moment, she really was everywhere at once and most capable!
