West Front Doors
Salisbury Cathedral's West Front doors, shot with the Nikkor 16-85mm.
Am coming down with something, a headache that won't go and tiredness that'll send me back to bed, so I may be quiet on the commenting front.
Hence this unspectacular Blip but it hasn't been sharpened any extra, to give an indication of how well the lens performs. Look in LARGE to see this better.
It has had added vignette though, to bring the image 'in' and is not in the original and it has had 2% added pincushion to alleviate the slight latent barrel distortion, a figure at its widest that is very favourable compared to around 3.5% for my Nikkor 18-200mm at 18mm.
