This is the second Fast Day this week and you can see the 'main meal' is in the process of preparation (325 calories) of daily 600 calories. So tonight the chef is cooking smoked haddock and poached egg with 100 grams of stemmed broccoli and some raspberries (perhaps 6) for dessert.
We are at the end of our third week; Olive's watch is birling on her wrist and "ah'm waistin' awa' "
