How cute!

Daisy is a bridesmaid in a couple of weeks so my cousin asked me to get her shoes, so I ordered the pair my cousin wanted her to have from John Lewis online.

I was a bit gutted to spend £30 on a pair of shoes which she would wear for a couple of hours, knowing full well I will be unable to eBay them after, as Daisy is bound to get them dirty!

So when the shoes arrived they fitted her perfectly, but had a small mark on the side and on the strap (barely visible), so I rang John Lewis to ask them to send me another pair but the woman asked me that if I wanted to keep them she would give me £15 back! I was gobsmacked, and happily took her up on her offer. Thank you John Lewis x
