Sauerkraut

A quickie again as I'm on a quick break and then back to slaving over the keyboard. So am journalling today rather than trying to take a decent photo - although they really shouldn't be mutually exclusive - I've just taken no time over the shot.

Time to kick off the sauerkraut fermentation in my 5 litre pot so that I have tonnes of it ready for the upcoming Autumn and Winter months.
