Alicante

Today we went to Alicante, Sarah and Corin haven´t done much in the way of sightseeing. Corin read a book on places to go on the Costa Blanca and Alicante had a good write up. The only downside about going today was it was a RED day and most places (shops) were shut. The castle, however was open, it was well worth the visit.

This is one of the views you get from the top of the castle, quite spectacular.

We then ventured down into the marina, cold drinks, a wander through the back streets, an ice cream, then home.

It was very hot and tiring, but most enjoyable.
