Them bones, them bones

This morning began with an extremely inspirational, motivational presentation by an external speaker. I have heard this speaker a couple of times before and what a great way to start the term!

I took this shot through the window of a room that is used for healthcare training at the college, moving and handling and so on. It doesn't seem to have done much good for this specimen.

I did think this might be what a lecturer might look like in the future by the time they are eligible to retire.

Started the couch to 5k programme this evening, haven't been for a run for months so decided to start at the beginning in a more organised fashion and see how I go.
