Last Day!

Our fourth and last day of our Gold DofE expedition! A long slow slog from Wasdale Head past Burnmoore tarn up to Hardknott Fort and then back to Dalegarth. Our reward was to take the half an hour journey on the little Ravenglass and Eskdale steam train - which to a group of 5 exhausted 17 years olds is a surprisingly exciting idea.

I had a great time walking through the lakes my only regret is that I didn't have enough space in my pack to take my DSLR (hence the blown out sky)
