Poster art?

Outside of the office, on the dock side, there is a large poster display. Some years ago it showed an artist's impression of a potential development on the land on the other side of the fence. As the prospect of building faded the impression was covered up.

The material used has gradually weathered, peeled and curled into some interesting patterns. Another art entry to the Fringe?
