Feeding the calves

These are in my sister's very small pasture across the street. They belong to my nephew, so they're just hanging out here for a while. They are about 4 weeks old. I grew up on the farm, feeding calves, chickens, milking the cow, and other assorted chores when they could get me to do them. My father raised hogs. And we had horses, geese, ducks, and guinea hens. Now I live in the city and I only moved across the street. But, I guess this photo proves there is still a wee bit of farm country out here.
