Fungus Among Us

I've been trying for three days to get a good shot of this fungus. Finally I remembered to bring the cable release (so simple), and after finding the stump again in the woods, I got a photo that is acceptable. The cable shutter is a perfect problem solver for a shaky hand!
That cable release is one of the cheapest and most useful accessories I've ever purchased.
