Absolutely bananas!

Now, I'm the first to admit that I wear my green credentials lightly (other than as indicators of my antecedents and the team I support); I genuinely believe that most of the nonsense generated about climate change etc., is the product of a media that's largely ignorant of basic scientific principles, a scientific community with dodgy modelling methodology and which is in hock to commercial and governmental interests, plus middle-class guilt. That said, I do hate mindless waste, which this surely is. Why the hell not just put the price on the loose banana itself? Big slap on the wrist for Morrison's supermarkets.
