Crazy Days

The weather has continued with the rain and the wind today and at 7am this sky view from the kitchen window caught my eye.

The rainbow was only visible at the bottom and its actually lighting up one of the taller city buildings which is a bank! Must be true about the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow ::))

In other news....Jake went for an ultra sound today. When he had the little operation on his foot recently they gave him a good checking over while he was under the anaesthetic. They found what they thought was a big growth in his stomach and advised that he should have an ultrasound to check what's going on!

What they found today was not a growth but that its his liver which is quite enlarged! He also had a blood test today which hopefully will tell us more about what is going on!

The vet mentioned Cushings Disease but said it could be any number of things. Poor Jake he didn't like the whole experience at all and he had to miss out on breakfast and couldn't figure out why I wasn't getting his food organised!!

He was shaking twice as badly as last time we were there :(( and to add insult to injury they shaved his belly!! He keeps rubbing along the carpet now, must be a bit itchy! ;) I'm really hoping its all going to be ok and treatable so fingers crossed !!
