Glentress

Met up with an old college mate this morning and headed down to Glentress near Peebles for some mountain biking.

Haven't been here for about 4-5 years so we thoroughly enjoyed it and the weather was kind.

Very tired afterwards but after some dinner it's time for the gym tonight as I've not been for over a week.

I need some help from L though first to wash the bike and car down.
