Gone Loony

Blip #13

I was a little worried that today's blip wouldn't be very good considering its blip number 13 (plus yesterday's was slightly disappointing). Anyway, today I decided to go kayaking and brought the camera along. I noticed five or six loons hanging out in a cove. I followed them for a while and this one decided to pop up right next to my kayak (literally no more than ten feet away). It frightened me a little bit but luckily he stuck around long enough for me to snap a couple of shots!! I'm so glad the weather is finally acting like summer!! I makes shots like these much easier to find.
