Today T Rex has a cup of tea.

A cliche and it may just be a British habit but, in my experience, it is one of the first things that is offered in support during difficult times.

Today my picture is dedicated to everyone involved in 'cancer support, treatment and research'

Where I live, one of the first points of support comes from Macmillan nurses.

Many of my friends have been supported by them and they do a fantastic job.

They list five ways that you can get involved;

Campaign for change,

Give money,

Volunteer time,

Raise money,

Share your cancer experience.
