Coombe Tye Honeymoon

Today is the first day of our honeymoon! Some people would want to travel to far off lands as a celebration of their nuptials and others would require expensive or lavish hotels. Not us!

We had an arduous journey including a nose to tail jam on the m25, but it was quickly forgotten once we walked down the traditional Sussex style brick footpath and had the first view of our chocolate box cottage. It is set in the most beautiful grounds and we have been reliably informed that we may well be visited by foxes, badgers and deer. (Note to self...this would be a blip opportunity in the making)

We have everything we could possibly need in Coombe Tye Cottage. It's small (you can only fit one person in the kitchen area at a time) and rather more old fashioned than antique (distinctly 1970's shade of avocado green bathroom suite) but it's quite perfect. Coupled with the use of an indoor heated swimming pool just across the lawn and wifi access - we've already settled in nicely - thank you very much!
