Spent a whole day shoe shopping yesterday and didn't find any, went out on a whim this evening (mainly because hubby's drill had packed up and he needs to finish some shelves) popped into a sports shop et voila school shoes sorted, comfortable, suitable and bought quick as a flash as soon as youngest said yes i like them and they are comfortable - didn't even check the price label (luckily even that was reasonable)
What is that saying about you find things when you aren't looking !!

Because of the extra shopping detour we were a bit late for the blip I wanted of Uphill, and the tide was out, but for once the sky was quite colourful, so I am going to go with that for this evening.
