Well today I have been a busy bee!!
Taught this morning, tutored this afternoon and coached this evening... Oh then I painted my nails.

This evening in training we have 13 swims at faster times than we have submitted for the special Olympics so I am one very happy coach!!

Off packing bags tomorrow so early night as we have to leave at 7am!!
