peace

I had the afternoon off work to go to my parents and to meet Dad's hospice nurse, it was good to feel involved, it has been a while since I've been able to be there and he's had a new nurse for a few months now. hoping that all will work out for Dad to have a blood transfusion next Monday so he can be fit enough for our bank holiday break away in Norfolk.

Zoe has this week off and came round and we then set off for a stroll, I'm very aware my emotions are a bit grr at the moment and the first ten minutes was me letting off some steam. It felt so good to walk along the river and stop and absorb the peace.
