Carpe diem

This is not the first time I have seen these Latin words as a tattoo, but these are pretty visible. This chap was also wearing a company T-shirt "Our #1 Goal - Highly Satisfied Customers". If I had to guess which of his visible words were more important to him, I would say the slogan on his arm.

Carpe diem. Seize the day. Seize the moment. Live in the present here and now. Take that photo now because you see it. Should be the blipper's mantra.

Also saw a guy wearing a bowtie in the same grocery story in the late afternoon. Being a curious guy with a camera I had to ask. He said he wore one every day as he had about 200 or 300 bowties - all made at some senior citizens home as a fund raiser and keep busy project. He wanted to support them so he kept buying / wearing bowties. Carpe diem.
