Quilt Patterns on Barn Yamhill, Oregon

On our ride back to Eugene from Tacoma we decided to get off of I-5.

We’d had more than enough of highway travel when navigating the highways of New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut.

We wanted to have a look at Longview, Washington where we lived and worked once upon a time.

The Rainier Bridge brought us across the Columbia River so we could go to Clatskanie, Oregon and then down Route 47 to bring us home.

A most enjoyable two-lane experience to top off our series of discovery adventures on this trip.

This barn in Yamhill, Oregon certainly tickled Kathy’s quilter fancy.
