Rock Samphire

This is rock samphire, you can pick and cook the leaves just like sea samphire. It grows on the cliffs around Cornwall. I discovered all this on a Wild Foraging walk with Rachel Lambert yesterday. Just off to make my wild carrot seed biscuits!!!!
