despite the massive over-watering and lack of sunshine, the baby carrots are finally pickable! not many tho, something of a germination issue with the first planting, something of a bird and caterpillar issue with the second planting, and something of a weather/time/compost availability issue meaning that another lot hasn't been sown yet.

one of these days i'll have a garden that i can plant with enough stuff to actually feed me, rather than enough pots to keep me occupied when i'm bored but not much more than a nibble of food. one of these days...
