Wild parsnip?

The threatened rain has not arrived but has looked as if it would all day! It was quite muggy but the wind has got stronger this afternoon.
Did some gardening,took mum to the hospital, popped into Southend and then went for a walk about 4. Took a few shots that I liked, one of a butterfly, a thistle head, a landscape and this flower. Difficult to take as the wind was blowing it about! Think it is a wild parsnip from looking in my book.
