Also known as Cotyledon Orbiculata , this lovely plant is popular in the dry hot areas as it is water wise and needs very little attention.
The malachite sun birds and the little sugar birds love the nectar.
We had lovely rain last night and today was one of those days when one was happy to be indoors getting on with all sorts of things. Bliss, I was treated to breakfast in bed for no special reason other than it was raining and I had a good book to read.
I lit a fire this afternoon in my studio and tackled those overflowing drawers. I sorted out tapes and CD's and listened to old favourites again.
